  • Hire a Professional – In the event that you might be too busy, too stressed or quite frankly, under skilled in the art of negotiating, you should look at the option of hiring a competent professional that can help you get everything done in due time and at your best interest, while ensuring communication goes both ways
  • Be Fast – You have to be fast when trying to negotiate for the best prices, fast enough to know when the deal is perfect, when the price is the best it can be, when it is a win-win situations for both parties involved; buyer and seller.
